In addition to residential and commerical sales operations, we maintain a full-service mortgage origination operation, title insurance services, homeowners insurance as well as home warranty. Training The AgentOwned Realty Company employs a full time trainer and offers comprehensive training through class room, company wide training seminars as well as a mentor program. The company offers the following: 30 hour post licensing course required by the state of SC, 36 hour new agent training module, quarterly company training, continuing education hours required by SC to renew the real estate license as well as special seminars such as The Tax Boot Camp for Realtors, ABR Designation, etc.. The Mentor Program is superb. Experienced agents are assigned to newly licensed agents to closely train and monitor. The total cost of the mentor program is absorbed by the company - the newly licensed agent pays nothing. For training information contact:
