FLOOR DUTY

 

Floor duty allows agents the opportunity to have their own office, computer, printer, etc., during their shift. Agents receive any leads from calls or walk-ins that come in during that time.*

This time is typically used for prospecting or completing projects that require input from others in the office.

Two Ways an Agent-Owner Can Be Compensated with Property Management:

 

1. One-Time Fee

A) Agent-owner will be paid $300 for a property that rents for between $1,000 and $1,300 - $500 for a property that rents for $1,300+ upon payment of the first month’s rent, receiving 100% of this commission, and will NOT pass though the standard company commission split.

2. Monthly Fee

A) The company will be paid a commission each month the rent is paid.

 

B) There will be a 10% service fee off the top, then the balance is split 50-50 with the company, which means 45% of the monthly commission fee goes to you each month of the lease.

Agent-Owner Responsibilities:

• Introduces the property manager to the owner of the property


• Agent-owner will have his/her name attached to the property address as the person who referred it, in case the property owner decides to list the property later.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Puts the property in the MLS


• Markets the property


• Answers all calls that come in for the property


• Shows the property


• Manages property


• Manages tenant security deposit


• Handles maintenance concerns


• Handles legal issues



Pay for your CTAR board dues, MLS fees, and AgentOwned Realty Association fee with AgentOwned Property Management.

Simply partner with AgentOwned Property Management. When the property rents, you will receive a residual of 45% of the collected management fee each month.
