Josie Sommer

Born and raised in the heart of the Caribbean, started my professional career at age 18 as a Federal Government overseas while attending a 4-year bachelors’ degree in Architecture. This career brought me to SC, Virginia, DC on multiple occasions, for training purposes. Always loved coming to visit SC and staying downtown! In 2007, the salesperson in me motivated me to complete a second 4-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing. 
 
Early 2014 SC became my home! I ventured into Sales in the Automotive Industry, yet my curiosity and ambition to work in Real Estate never stopped. To quench that desire, I started taking evening classes at CTAR in late 2016. 
 
I am joining my husband to become a team with Agent Owned Realty Premier, doubling  quality, efforts and strive to provide a high caliber service to the SC community; hoping our dynamic duo exceeds the selling/purchasing process, by building long-lasting, trusted relationships with our clients.
 
I love traveling, meeting people, western architecture, learning foreign languages, photography, sunsets, and sunrises, playing acoustic guitar, drums, writing and listening to music, decorating, and maximizing spaces, baking/cooking, volleyball, and very particular about a well brewed cup of coffee, and I am a self-proclaimed shower singer!
