Julian grew up in Marion, SC, frequently traveling to Charleston and
Summerville to visit family. Julian moved to Summerville following her
senior year in High School. She attended Charleston Southern University,
obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. Understanding
that a home is the center of everyday life, she then pursued her real
estate license and joined AgentOwned Realty.
Julian’s journey has taught her that faith and family are priorities. She is
dedicated to helping her clients find a place that meets their needs and
feels like home. Julian enjoys cooking, reading, playing tennis and going
on long walks with her dog. The beaches around Charleston have always
been on her list of favorite places!
