Lawrence Bradham was born and raised on Seabrook Island, South Carolina. His family has been in South Carolina for generations. He grew up boating, fishing, and hunting with his father. At the age of 18, he obtained his Captain’s license. After graduating from Charleston Collegiate School he enrolled in Clemson University and graduated in 2012. He majored in History and minored in Wildlife Biology. After graduating from Clemson University, Lawrence had a great career in the Sport fishing world. He chased, primarily, Blue Marlins, White Marlins, and Sailfish. The Sport fishing career was an awesome experience for him but traveling up and down the East Coast was not conducive to spending time with family. So he decided to set his sights on a career in Real Estate. His father, Larry Bradham was a successful Real Estate developer in the 1990’s and 2000’s. At a very young age, in high school and college he accompanied his father as an apprentice. Lawrence learned a lot from his father and his teachings will take him far in his Real Estate career. After all, Real Estate is in his DNA. Lawrence has extensive knowledge of the Charleston area from Mt. Pleasant to Seabrook and Kiawah Islands. He’s seen Charleston grow over the years and knows the best restaurants, hotels, golf courses, and many of the fantastic amenities the city has to offer. He is engaged to Audrey Moran and has two beautiful boys, Chip and Lee. On the weekends, you can find him on the water, on the golf course, or in the woods spending time with his family. He looks forward to helping you and your family with your Charleston Real Estate needs.
