Madison Reed's connection to real estate began in her childhood, having
grown up in a family immersed in the world of land development,
investment, and brokerage. She and her family cherish the beauty of both
Georgia and South Carolina, and Madison is passionate about serving
communities in both states. She is an active member of several
organizations, including the Lake Country Board of Realtors, and the
Atlanta Athletic Club. In Charleston, SC, Madison has held significant
roles, such as Board Member and Media Chair of the East Cooper Top
Producers Club and Legislative Advocacy Committee Member of the
Charleston Trident Association for Realtors (CTAR). Additionally, she has
dedicated her time to mentoring scholarship applicants in public speaking
and presentation skills through the Boys and Girls Club of America.
Madison, along with her husband and family, enjoys boating, a passion
that led her to pursue becoming a boating captain. She believes that the
skills required for captaining a boat—charting a course, anticipating and
overcoming obstacles, and ensuring safe arrival—are equally applicable to
navigating real estate investments. Madison understands that buying and
selling real estate is one of the most significant decisions in a client's life,
