The salt air, pluff mud, and rhythm of Lowcountry life have shaped who I am. I moved to Charleston from Atlanta over 32 years ago, but this place was always home. I spent my childhood summers in the Lowcountry, and never looked back. Today, I live on Sullivans Island with my sweet and loyal dog, Lilly, and my independent, curious cat, Rose—grateful every day for where I live and the work I am so lucky to do.
