Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, I consider myself lucky to call it home. I graduated from Bishop England High School and the College of Charleston with a B.A. in History before spending seven years in the medical field specializing in pre- and post-operative neurosurgical care. When I transitioned into real estate, I brought that same compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to helping clients through one of life's biggest decisions. I work throughout Charleston, including Johns Island, James Island, West Ashley, Downtown, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, Goose Creek, Hanahan, Summerville, and everything in between. Some neighborhoods I frequently work in include Riverland Terrace, Avondale, Northbridge Terrace, Whitehall, Wescott Plantation, Boulder Bluff, Park West, and Snee Farm.

What should I expect as a first-time buyer?
We'll start by discussing your goals and budget. If financing, you'll obtain a pre-approval from your lender before we begin touring homes. Once you've found the right one, I'll negotiate on your behalf, guide you through inspections and appraisal, coordinate with your lender and closing attorney, and keep everything on track through closing.
