55+ is Beautiful in Chalreston!

One of the many wonderful things I fell in love with about Charleston when I moved here as a young adult was the beautiful tree-lined roads and plantations many years later they still are one of my favorite. As I have been researching various 55+ communities in the area, I have found that many have kept that wonderful part of what makes Charleston so beautiful in their communities.

Two of these are in the Summerville/Ladson area, The Elms and Southern Palms. The Elms features single-family homes Southern Palms is a mobile home community. Both are gated communities with amenities that may interest you and help you continue on an active lifestyle. What are you looking for in a 55+ community?
