If you've never been here, we'll first chat about lifestyle preferences, budget, and area specifics so that you understand the subtle differences between our neighborhoods. I’m happy to provide pictures, videos, neighborhood tours & info, and answer questions until we narrow down your favorites. Surprisingly this piece usually happens faster than you might expect. Knowing the areas so well as a local, it’s usually pretty clear which ones are the best potential matches. I’ve included a sample of images below from downtown Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, and Mt. Pleasant to show how magical this place is. 

I can preview properties for you if you're unavailable, or FaceTime (video) tours allow you to be more hands-on. You might even have a friend or family member attend showings for you… anything that helps you feel more comfortable. If you decide to purchase a new home, I can help to coordinate inspections right away so that you are informed of the strengths and any possible issues.
