Kiawah - a way of life...

Twenty minutes from Charleston lies the area’s newest coastal retreat, Kiawah River. It’s a welcome reprieve from life’s stresses with its gorgeous vistas and coastal aesthetic. Oak trees sway in the sea breezes and egrets make their home in this community’s plentiful waterways.

As you enter the neighborhood, you’re greeted by rows of palm trees and sun-saturated pink muhly grass.  On either side of the road are fields of fresh crops and farm animals, giving the community a pastoral feel. Soon a bevy of white clapboard houses come into view. Generously sized porches and silver metal roofs are aplenty.

Kiawah River offers a broad choice of builders and home plans to suit buyers’ needs. The newly opened Spring House has an expansive pool and cabanas to soak up the warm Carolina sun. And for those water lovers, the community also has a dock/boat launch.
