There is so much New Construction popping up right under our noses in Nexton!  Living here,I am always in the know and continue to keep you up-to-date on what's happening in every neighborhood.  Last week, I attended the Launch of True Homes Brand New Phase (which is the second to last phase) in North Creek.  There are about 80 Single Family Homes and 37 Townhomes slated  to be built in this particular phase. North Creek Village is a Neighborhood within Nexton, with great amenities, such as a pool and clubhouse and is close to all the shopping!
 
True Homes is a Semi- Custom Builder, who offer both move-in-ready homes and to-be-built homes, which gives Buyers the option to personalize their home.  They offer 22 different Floorplans, including townhomes, master down, ranch, and 2-story options.  Within North Creek Village, the most popular are the Kipling, Hudon, and Montcrest Floorplans, which I got to tour and get some virtual tours for you!  They have plans starting at a base price of $325,000 and offer homes ranging from 1600-3500 SF.  If you want to customize, build time is about 8-10 months. 
 
The Kipling is a 2-story floorplan with 4-bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 2-car garage.  It starts at 2,764 SF and a base price of $445,000 with one spec home now available!

The Hudson is a 2-story floorplan with 4-bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 2-car garage.  It starts at 2,069 SF and a base price of $344,000 with a spec home slated for a January completion!

The Montcrest-1755 is a Ranch w/ Guest Suite with 4-bedrooms, 3-baths, and a 2-car garage.  It starts at  2785 SF, depending on options.  Base price for this floorplan starts at  $447,000 and there is a spec home slated for April completion.
