Happy 2023 everyone!

Let me allow myself to reintroduce myself! I am Elissa Campbell with Peninsula Properties SC, and I am your Official Nexton Market Expert! Not only do I list and sell homes in Nexton, but I live right here in Midtown! I eat, breathe, and sleep Nexotn,m so rest assured, I keep up with all community events, have great relationships with the Builders Agents, and follow the Ever-Changing Inventory DAILY!

I am not the only one who is "Nexton Obsessed." Nexton has recently been awarded the "Best In American Living Award" by the National Home Builders Association! It was also named the "Best Master Planned Community" in the U.S. by the NHBA.  

With 2000 Homes built over the past 10 years, Nexton is still growing, with 468 homes built in 2022 and a goal of another 300 this year! There are 5 unique neighborhoods in Nexton. Your more cost-conscious homes from True Homes and Centex are in Bradford Poiint and Northcreek Village and are continuing to be built. Brighton Park is complete, but I'm looking out for resale in there daily! Midtown is flourishing, officially starting Phase 2 this year. Saussy Burbank, David Weekly, Pulte, Ashton woods, Homes by Dickerson, and New Leaf are all continuing expansion in Midtown. And Del Webb, your 55+ community, has added a new phase with 10 new floorplans from Pulte. Whew!

2022 was awesome for us "Nextonians," with the expansion of Nexton Square, the Grand Opening of the Midtown Club, and the filming of "Rock the Block" right in my neighborhood of Midtown! What's to come in 2023, you ask? For starters, our own Publix....no more fighting with Cane Bay! Pickle Bar will be opening, a 40,000 SF Pickleball & Bar/Restaurant combo...oh so Nexton! Del Webb will also be stepping up its Pickleball game with new and improved Pickleball courts, BUT what's even more exciting is the announcement of a swim-up bar and poolside bar and grill! The retired lie just got better; no more cooking! Also, the much anticipated HUB will be opening, Neton's newest space for retail, restaurants, offices, and medical space. A few businesses set to open in the HUB are The Co-Op, Lommbardi Oizz Co, and The Backyard: a Biergarten Concept.
