Whether you are in the market to buy, or not, I truly encourage everyone to take a look at what Nexton has to offer. You can spend the day in Nexton Square, getting a workout in at Bold Fitness, shopping at the cute boutiques, and winding down with dinner at Taco Boy or Halls Chophouse (just to name a few). In this blog, however, I'd like to introduce you to the 4 Villages within Nexton.
There are 4 Unique Neighborhoods within Nexton, each with its own personality. Not only that, but each neighborhood also offers its own amenities catering to the lifestyle of each neighborhood.
- North Creek Village is tucked in the back of Nexton and has a more intimate feel. It's tucked into the woods and creeks of Nexton, yet also has easy access to parks, shopping, and schools.
- Brighton Park Village - The most established Neighborhood in Nexton is Brighton Park Village, and even though it was the first neighborhood, there are still has new construction options. The best part about Brighton Park Village is the walkability; you can stroll to the pool and at least a half dozen parks in a matter of minutes!
- Del Webb - For the 55+ Community, there is the amazing Del Webb. If you are moving into Nexton Del Webb to retire you may not ever come out with sports courts, pool, fitness center, and rooms for clubs and activities.
- Midtown - The latest addition, which absolutely blew my mind, is Midtown. It will be made up of 5 distinct "districts" all centered on waterways or some other elements of nature. Not to be missed is the brand new Midton Club, which offers a resort-style lap pool, pickleball, a fitness, center, and yoga studio!
There is something available for everyone in Nexton with 55 homes currently on the market.
