Jenn H. Wilkinson

Jenn has been involved in all facets of real estate for over 31 years and focused on commercial and multi-family development in seven Southeastern states for the last 15 years. While licensed in Alabama, Jenn specialized in residential, multi-family, investment properties, development and sales. 

Jenn has two children that grew up in the Lowcountry, David Austin and Mary Brennan.

The family pet is a King Charles Cavalier named Penelope Nutmeg or P-Nut.

Jenn studied Business Administration from the University of Alabama with a minor in Advertising/Marketing, Public Relations. She has completed the university's courses for Real Estate Management and Construction.

Chris J. Whitener

Chris began his career in residential real estate in Manhattan, NY. In the late 90’s, he moved to South Carolina and pursued a new path in commercial real estate and development. He has focused on multi-family development and sales throughout the state for over twenty years.

Chris attended the University of Florida and is still a Gator Fan.
