A Realtor Should 'Market' Your Home

When you think about selling your home there are a few thoughts that come to mind. One thing for sure is you should talk yourself out of selling it on your own.  Besides the liability, paperwork, letting strangers into your home, solicitors, etc., there's the lack of 'getting it out there' or Marketing.  

I speak for myself as a professional realtor: I am able to enter your listing into the MLS with professional photos, an attention grabbing write up and a price that is fair to you and the buyer.  After all, the home will have to be appraised and the deal can fall through if the home was overpriced.  

Besides the MLS, I have access to the emails of agents from all different companies.  Not only agents with my company broker.  I can pull up a search and email all agents who have clients looking for specific locations, price ranges and 'must haves'.  That search can be pulled up for agents with clients looking for a home with your home's specifications!  

One of the Marketing Tools that my broker and sister companies provide is an Over sized Postcard showing a photo with information on your home and stating "JUST LISTED".   

For every "JUST LISTED" postcard that goes out they also send a "JUST SOLD" postcard!  I"d love to send out 2 Postcards for you too!
