A new neighborhood - small and cozy !
Driving North on Route 17, I decided to stop ant the brand new Home Depot store, that one everyone here in Mt Pleasant grinched about like we needed another monster store but I have to say , they did a great job integrating this building into the community. They used realy nice brick, signage, display windows and landscaping to blend in and so the monster is tamed. The store inside is bright and full of stuff for your home and garden. With the Home Depot came also a brand new neighborhood named “POINTE at PRIMUS" which is being built by PULTE homes. Super location and in walking distance to grocery stores and all kind of conveniences. Very easy drive to the Isle of Palms, to Towne Center, to the Holy City or even Awendaw or Georgetown. For all homes currently listed in this neighborhood, please follow this link: https://www.flexmls.com/share/2ADtk/Selected
The builder offers 7 different floor plans starting at 440K to 530K, 3-4 br, between 2,300 and 2,6oo sqft.,and there will be just 63 homes in this neighborhood. I am happy to report that there will be sidewalks, a small walking trails, and 2 small ponds. There are 3 schools nearby: Jennie Moore Elementary School; Laing Middle School and Wando High School.
Curious ? I am here to answer questions about this and other neighborhoods, and other price ranges. Simply call or text to 843.345.2625 or search my
