Well folks, I thought my Pawleys Island Series was over, but back by popular demand is a deeper look into New Construction near the beach. This month, we'll take a deeper look into Clambake CCove and I'll share the progress of my client's new home as it's built!

Clambake Cove is an adorable and quintessential beach community. It's a small community comprised of 2 and 3-level Raised Pier homes. You can choose everything from the Color of your home, right down to Stone color in your shower. As long as you stick to the "Modern Coastal" vibe of the homes, the World is you Oyster (no pun intended) when it comes to customization.

The wonderful Robin is onsite in their Design Studio, to help you pick out the perfect pairing of flooring, finishes, decor, and appliances. You will be astonished at some of the features that come standard, such as shabby chic hardwood, shiplap walls, quartz countertops, golf cart parking/charging in the garage, and stonework along your shower wall and floor! Upgrades at a minimal cost include 12 ft ceilings, tray ceiling in the bedroom, hood over the gas stove, and option to put hardwood throughout the entire house. And ya'll NEED to see some of their flooring options. My client went with a shabby chic blue-gray! (pictured below)

My buyer has been absolutely thrilled watching the quick progress of her home, which I am sharing here with you. In only 4 months, she will have a completely customized beach home built from the ground up!
