I recently previewed a townhouse for a prospective buyer client. It was within the gates of Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. If you've never been there, let me know when you'd like to go and I'll give you the tour.
This townhouse had incredible beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom. This home has everything you could ask for, including the beach views! The ground floor has a two car garage, a covered parking spot, and a large storage room with an outdoor shower. The main floor draws you from the front door to the rear, large sliding doors to the spacious screened porch. The breeze through the home was delightful! Yes, this unobstructed view is exactly what you see! Not to mention the sound of the ocean...so calming. I could have stayed all afternoon.
The community pool is close but not too close. This townhouse lives like a home with large rooms and plenty of storage.
