Buy an Existing Home or Buy Land and Build?

Some people prefer to buy land and build a home to fit their needs.  They may be a contractor, a builder or they know a friend who is involved with new construction.  Some people prefer to buy a home already built.  They can hang some blinds, move their belongings in and they're done!

There is more to buying land and building a home on it than most people realize.  There are building codes, soil tests, local community regulations, permits etc.

And then some people buy a small piece of land and put a pre-built Tiny Home on it!

If you're interested in vacant land you can contact me.  I have vacant land listings in N. Charleston near Park Circle and in West Ashley.  To view the listings you can Click Here
