"Wow".... !! !!Ute Appleby -- street sign sowing intersection of Myrick and Rifle Range Rd

Yes that is what I say every time I drive into my neighborhood and turn right at Rifle Range and Myrick !

This area has changed so much just in the past year that it is almost hard to remember what it used to look like. This was one of the very view spots in Mount Pleasant where one would see mobile homes, some in really bad shape but most of them well kept with small front and back yards. And one day I came home and saw signs put up announcing a new development, and a  few days later I saw bull dozer removing all trailers and trees until the lot was barren and just dirt. And now, luxury townhouses are going up, offered by a local builder, 3 stories high, with screened porches and 2 car garages. There will be 13 town homes, all over 2,000 sqft, starting at $450,000, a great price considering price and location. Minutes to Sullivans Island, to the Old Village, shopping, restaurants - just a perfect spot !

This new development will increase home values in the surrounding area tremendously and I am so glad I bought my home here just a few months ago. Probably could not afford it any more today.

One cannot go wrong to invest into a home in Mt. Pleasant and Charleston area.
