Changes in neighborhood: squeezed behind a shopping center

Who would have guessed  ?!

...that there is a small new neighborhood behind Sea Island Shopping Plaza in Mount Pleasant ? I take Chuck Dawley Blvd daily on my way to work and had noticed a small sign announcing a new neighborhood. For weeks I drove by that sign thinking "oh, I should turn here and check it out" ! And so I did and my eyes opened up wide. To the left on this street, some older homes, a lot of green space, across from it a huge dental office and further down the new neighborhood called "Village Park". The street circles around and eventually enters into the Sea island Shopping Plaza. What a convenience !

There will be 16 elevated townhomes,  3 stories high, all 3 br/2.5 ba with about 1900 sqft of living space, with 2 car garages, with porches and open decks and patios. The builder offers 7 different floor plans and a lot of luxury features incl. tankless water heaters will be standard in the sales package. NO flood insurance required ! + The homes sell in the low to mid 500's and the location is as perfect as it can get. Sullivans Island, the Old Village,  the Pitt Street Bridge, the core of Mount Pleasant, restaurants, shopping, parks, all in walking distance !

Like to check it out ?! This neighborhood or any other in Mount Pleasant or the Charleston area ! You can find all homes for sale or lease on my website at: www.DefinitelyCharleston.com or mailto: uappleby@gmail.com
