Charleston SC, or as we call it Chucktown or Holy City, is rich on festivals. The biggest one of all is currently running. Don't worry, you can still catch a lot of things as the festival only ends on June 9, 2019, with the Piccolo Finale at Hampton Park, a free event with music and dance and fireworks. Just bring your chairs and a picnic and enjoy! And the Spoleto Festival Finale takes this year place at Riverfront Park in North Charleston, a ticketed event to experience the music of the various bands, food, and fireworks.
Prior to this festival, there were quite many including SEWEE Festival and Charleston Food & Wine Festival, and there are many events to follow throughout the year.
No wonder, with all these events and festival and pretty much good weather all year round, people from all over the United States explore Charleston and many visitors stay and make it their home town.
One can find homes here in all prices ranges, from $100,000 homes up to 100K to several Million. One can find neighborhoods with and without homeowners associations, and neighborhoods on the water, on a golf course, GOLF COURSE HOMES, and of course in rural areas, and in the City.
