Location, location, location!!! Bentley Park

Needless to say, if location in Mt. Pleasant is important to you, you may want to take a look at Bentley Park.

It is located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant right off of Chuck Dawley Blvd, 5 minutes to both Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island, and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston!

Bentley Park is a 44-home Beazer community. What does that mean? For starters, Energy Star label, PEX plumbing system which doesn't corrode or develop pinhole leaks, and a 10-year insured structural limited warranty program. Beazer also offers great perks such as a Private Design Studio appointment where you can customize your home design and Professional New Home Counselors.

I toured several of the floorplans, amazed at how spacious each one was.

There are customizable floorplans, ranging from the 2,065 sq ft. Sycamore to the 3,562 sq ft. Dogwood. They have both 1 and 2 story floor plans and options anywhere from 2 to 6 bedrooms. One of my favorite features was the customized bathrooms, which all include marble countertops and birch cabinetry, where you can choose between a walk-in shower or separate shower and fiberglass tub.

   

Homes in Bentley Park are all in the $5 and $600's with a $720 per year HOA fee. The only downfall is there are no amenities in the community. There are 2 quick Move-ins available now, a Madison and Sycamore floorplan. There are 4 currently under construction, which should be available by June 2019. There are still 9-10 lots already permitted by Beazer, awaiting its future residents.
