The Charleston area has been gaining in popularity and home sales. The value of the homes has gone up 8% in 2020 over 2019 (yes, in spite of the year of Covid). As you may have read year after year we have been named the Friendliest City by Conde Nast and other travel companies. You've also probably heard how LOW our property taxes are.
