Foot Traffic in December ?

Oh yeah - Foot traffic is up even though it is December !  

People believe that selling their house during the Spring market is better than selling their home in November or December. The reason is, so they believe, that there will be more buyers than there are during the winter months and the house will sell quicker and for a higher price. Truth is, we are busy now. We are very busy. One big reason is the lack of inventory in our area.  As soon as a house is coming on the market now, it is like a piece of hope.....hopefully, the right one for my buyers ! !!

In the past, it was ok to wait for the Spring time market.  But today’s real estate market is not following the rules of the past. The chart below shows that buyer activity over the last three months was greater than it was during this past spring market !
