Frose All Day on Charleston's Beaches

You’re living under a sand dune if you haven’t heard of The Co-op Sullivan’s Island and more recently The Co-op on IOP.

What used to be a teeny gift shop and deli on Sullivan’s Island has been transformed into the most popular place for $1 coffee, gourmet breakfast, and lunch sandwiches, and World Famous FROSE! Great menu, great prices, great service, and it’s all local!

I follow them on social media both FB & IG. I have to admit, I laugh like crazy. Some (many) posts are a bit racy for an older, mother, businesswoman like me…but I repeat, I laugh like crazy! The post I completely related to was when he said he goes to bed with a handful of chocolate chips and ends up with smeared, melted chocolate all over him and the sheets. Look it up - Read it and laugh.

They’re also environmentally friendly with bicycle deliveries, and recycling ALL those bottles of wine that go into every Frose, of which there are over a dozen flavors!

If you’re looking for a place to stop on the way to the beach or just want to patronize a local ’ sightseeing’ worthy place for breakfast or lunch go to the Co-op. The owners have a wonderful storyline making the best out of what comes at us in life. Their social media posts have drawn us all in and make us feel like family or ‘regulars’ to this locally-owned landmark.
