The “Gadsdenboro Park” on Concord Street, right across from the Maritime Center at the Charleson Harbor, is a large public green space with sports fields and a host of amenities, including a walking path, nautical-themed playground equipment, game tables, a bocce court, plenty of benches, and a beautiful fountain. It opened in 2015 and is a gathering place for locals who live the beautiful residences around this area. A $5.7 million renovation and re-opened to the public in May 2015.
