The Charleston real estate market is HOT! Just like the temperatures,  Hot, Hot, Hot! 

Homes are selling quickly and there's not enough inventory to go around. Many homes sell before they even hit the market. If you haven't heard, Charleston has been named the Friendliest City year after year. There are people moving here for many different reasons too. Some are military, some come for the weather, and some move here for the affordability.

The cost of living is lower than in many parts of the country. As I mentioned, the weather is a plus. Outdoor living and activities can be year round. No snow, that's a good reason! There aren't many cities where people can afford to purchase a relatively new home 20 minutes from downtown.
