Homes are Selling in Charleston!

We may have seen a lull at the end of 2018 however, this year, January came in like a lion!

I personally have listed three homes since the first of the year and all three went under contract within 2 weeks and are set to close by the middle of next month. They are in Summerville, James Island, and North Charleston. MLS numbers 19004826, 19006491, and 19002384.

When sellers do the right thing by actually getting their homes 'show ready', allow the home to be shown (sounds silly but some sellers actually decline showing requests) and by pricing correctly. Yes, you'd like to get as much as possible. Pricing the home correctly is the way to get the best price!

Charleston is still and will continue to be a destination city. Whether it's for vacation, family reunions, weddings or relocating. Charleston continues to be the friendliest city so it's only logical that people want to come to visit. And when they come for a visit...they want to stay.
