Real Estate is alive and well! Our Summerville Broker, Ralph Wetherill, gives a daily real estate report of the greater Charleston area. On April 14 alone, 60 new. Listings cam on the market for sale, 49 went under contract, and 49 homes were closed. Just a typical day in the Charleston market!
We're all itching to get back to our normal, everyday lives! Being holed-up in your home during these days of Social Distancing and Stay At Home is no fun, especially when you have kids!
Here are 12 ideas to shorten your days:
· 30 Day Lego Challenge (Creating the most elaborate structure i.e., House, car, an intergalactic ship,etc.)
· Scavenger Hunt (Hide toys, candy or household items)
· Play hide and seek
· Make Slime (with glue and shaving cream)
· Camp in the backyard
· Movie Marathon

· Play "Minute to Win It" games
· Build a makeshift obstacle course
