Is This How You'll Celebrate the 4th?

Please celebrate cautiously and responsibly!  

When I was a young child, growing up in the 60's in suburbia NJ, I had relatives from NY who would come to our house for the 4th, LOADED with every kind of fireworks you could imagine! It was awesome!

When my husband and I were raising our young children in the 80's and 90's we would buy 'Sparklers'. My husband and I had a different view of fireworks now that we were parents. Besides the fact that they were illegal in NJ. We would go on vacation to different states where fireworks were legal and our son would plead to purchase 'just a few' fireworks. We'd always go to see the professional displays and ooh and ahh. 

Since moving to South Carolina many years ago, before every holiday we see trailers set up on the side of the roads selling fireworks. While there's nothing wrong with selling and buying fireworks, it's just one of those things that you get accustomed to. Enjoy your Freedom this 4th of July and have a blast!
