It started when I had a client looking at homes all the way from Murrells Inlet to Summerville. They were a couple from New England not knowing where they wanted to retire. They decided on a beautiful Townhome near the beach in Pawleys Island, pictured below. Then I thought, "This would be a smart idea to keep this, with so many people moving to and from both areas"!
