In our current Seller’s market, the biggest concern I hear is folks left wondering where they will move after selling their place… dreading that moment where they are standing in front of the proverbial mirror awaiting a response. Oftentimes, I am scouring the internet for off-market options, driving around neighborhoods, and exploring possible sellers that are contemplating whether or not to sell. One major benefit of having a Realtor that folks don’t talk about enough is that Realtors get advance notice of listings. From all agents, we can get up to 24 hours advance notice before the property hits any public forum. From agents within our company, we can get notice days, weeks, even a season ahead of the listing maximizing our chances that we’ll find what you are looking for.
