Today I'll be taking you a little further down Rifle Range Rd. in Mt. Pleasant. The communities are called Watermark, Oyster Point, and Hamlin Plantation.  I've attached a link for the available homes in each of these subdivisions. Hamlin Plantation

They range in size between 2000 sf and 4000 sf and were built between 2006 and newer. They all have community amenities such as pools, workout rooms, tennis, walking trails and more. They are all within a few miles to the beaches of The Isle of Palms or Sullivan's Island.
