Johns island Farmers Market entertainmentCharleston has been noted as being the Friendliest City in many publications including Conde Nast.

It's a 'small town' type city. The people really support one another. Whether you are in the food and beverage business or in nursing or a healthcare facility, the employees have a bond. 

Restaurants support farmers by having menus that incorporate local ingredients that are currently in season. It works both ways too. Farmers frequent local restaurants!
