Hey everyone today I’m gonna take a detour from talking about James Island and I’m going to talk about new construction.

There are many perks of buying a new construction house. When you’re looking for a home you have two choices you can find a home that’s got a lot of the things that you want in a home but not everything so you have to put money into the Upgrades that you want. And that is OK if you find a home that’s located in the area that you really desire and sometimes you can get the home at a great price so you can do those upgrades.

The new construction homes are not only built in the areas that you’re looking in but they come with amenities these days that a lot of families have come to love. You could also make the home with the upgrades that you’re looking for without having to buy the home first. Like a tankless gas hot water heater most homes these days are built with a tankless hot water heater a lot of your older homes don’t have these. So here’s a question for you for the amount of money do you spend on a home do you want to buy something to put in what you want or buy something that’s already there and built the way you want?
