New Construction Communities in Mount Pleasant SC

Charleston South Carolina has been around for a long time. You'll find plenty of historic homes. If you travel over the Ravenel Bridge from Downtown Charleston, you'll find the town of Mount Pleasant. Mount Pleasant has grown quite a bit primarily because of its location. It's a few minutes to Downtown Charleston as well as to the beach town the Isle of Palms.

Along with growth comes new construction. There are subdivisions in a variety of sizes. Some subdivisions have well over one hundred homes and also have subsections. The community I previewed just recently is built by Stanley Martin. They build quality homes with attention to detail. The little pocket community of 12 homes is called Bridgeview. As I mentioned, Mount Pleasant is adjacent to Downtown Charleston, via the Ravenel Bridge. Well, this community is called Bridgeview because they will have rooftop terraces with bridge views! 

The prices start in the $600s and it is truly a great price for several reasons. Location, location, location is number one. The fact that they're brand new with great detail. They have elevators and landscape maintenance included. And lastly, they're giving $30,000 in upgrades!
