Our Very Own Mayberry Right Here in SC!

The Subdivision of North Point in Mt. Pleasant is a bit nostalgic with a hint of Mayberry. Part of the reason is that the homes aren’t brand new and they are all different from one another. It’s not a cookie-cutter community. And there’s NO HOA!

You’ll see a beautiful grand oak on the way into this small, under 100 home community. The streets are alive with flags, bicycles, golf carts and pets. We even have seasonal turkey ducks. You know the spotted black and white ducks with the spot of red on the head.
The best part is it’s barely 2 miles to the beach and there are restaurants and shopping right outside of the entrance. This makes it so easy to walk or ride your bike to either. Golf carts come in handy to go to the Old Village Farmers Market and so much more!
The close-knit neighborhood has multiple get-togethers throughout the year celebrating the holidays or ‘just because’.
