Leasing for a while?

Well, not everyone who moves to the Charleston area is ready to buy but just needs to find a home for lease for a while.
There is all kind of properties for lease, unfurnished or furnished, a few where pets are welcomed, some old ones with Southern charm and some ultra modern ones, some with concierge services and different amenities, some in the country or right in the Holy City. There are places one can rent short term or long term, and a few places offer just a single room or others one can lease just the garage or the boat dock.
There are great places for lease all over the Tri-County area and prices range from just a few hundred to several thousand dollars. All depends on what you can afford, or want to spend.
Of course here at AgentOwned Realty, we have a large rental and property management division. Very helpful agents are on staff who answer all questions about location, leasing qualifications, term, rental rates, and security deposits, the documents they need from you and things like that.
With all the choices out there, I recommend working with a leasing and real estate agent. An agent will guide and assist you to select the right place to lease. Just this morning, I found 79 One bedroom places, 209 TWO bedroom places and 279 THREE bedroom places for lease in our area! This is just the ones listed in your local MLS. How would you be able to look thru all these places and pick the right one for you ?!
