Pandemic and Charleston SC home sales

When the Covid-19 pandemic began, realtors thought it could be bad for business. Well, we learned to think outside the box and do most of our marketing virtually. After all, everyone was home and on their computers and phones (as usual but even more magnified). Ads, posts, and emails were being read and responded to!

What we needed to project is the fact that if you can work remotely, you can work from pretty much anywhere that had internet service. My question to potential buyers was...do you have office space in your home that you actually enjoy working from? If the answer is no, perhaps you should consider making a move. 

You can find brand new houses with a room specifically dedicated to a home office.
