Peninsula Properties Goes Virtual!

As we all adjust to the "New Normal," the Real Estate World has adjusted at Lightning Speed! Peninsula Properties is still doing "business as usual" and my message," I AM HERE FOR YOU! " Bottom line, if you're not going virtual, you're not in the game. I want everyone to know that I have completely adjusted and shifted to the Virtual Realm and wanted to share what I am doing to help both Buyers and Sellers :

FOR BUYERS:
- No one allowed in the same car
- Use gloves, wipes, sanitizer at every property if you want to see it in person
- Have the Homeowner open all doors and turn on lights, so we don't need to touch anything
- Attend all Inspections, so you don't have to
- Always give the option of a VIRTUAL SHOWING ( this is an option whether you're out-of-state or next-door). I can do this through video or FaceTime, whichever you prefer. Clients' have gone Under Contract without stepping foot in the house. They've said they are pleasantly surprised and feel like they are right there!

FOR SELLERS:
- Add Video to your Listing, so Buyers can get the feel of touring the house
- Post Video of your home on home-buying websites, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Share video with other local realtors online
- Host a "Virtual Open House" if you're comfortable with it.
- Provide gloves, booties, wipes, sanitizer at the door if you decide to allow in-person showings
- Open all doors and turn on lights, so Buyers don't need to touch anything if you allow in-person showings
- Only allow showings during certain days and/or time frames that you select
- Don't allow overlapping in-person showings
- Provide the option of doing a First-Round Virtual tour and then only allow a Second In-Person Showing for Serious Buyers

It is still a great time to buy and sell. Interest Rates are at an all-time low. Everyone from Lenders to Closing Attorneys are operating virtually. Things are not slowing down much, just 54 Properties went UNder Contract yesterday alone! Call or email me if I can help you in any way! 843-410-7871
