SEA ISLAND HAMLET ..a new townhome community rising up in Mount Pleasant!

I have driven along Chuck Dawley Blvd in Mt Pleasant a million times it seems, when this morning, a shiny bright sign caught my attention.

So I stopped and checked it out:  SEA ISLAND HAMLET! Wow, just a small U-shaped street and it looks like the lots are ready to be built on.

I found a flyer and it says:

Here will be 24 luxury townhomes, 1,700 to 2,000 sqft with 3-4 bedrooms. The builder NEW LEAF describes this new neighborhood as environmentally friendly, high-quality living in elevated townhomes with garage parking.

Price point in the low 500’s...definitely a good price considering this amazing location just a few minutes drive to Sullivans Island. This is also an easy bike ride to stores and restaurants and one can walk to coffee shops or grocery store.
