Dear Readers,

I am UTE. 

I have posted many blogs on the Internet and written about the local real estate market, posted photos, area info or simply wrote about things one should know or be aware of in any real estate transaction, if one sells, buys or leases a home.

Today, I want to tell you a little bit about me. Born in Germany, I came to the USA many years ago, settled first Buffalo NY and after some moving around, ended up in beautiful Charleston. 

The first time I came here, I knew this is 'home". It's the moderate climate, the culture, the music, the food, the landscape, the influence of many young people attending our colleges, our historic d'town with the tourists, cruise ships, carriage rides and the amazing mansions built in times when Charleston was a major port for traders and pirates.

I have over 10 yeas experience in real estate, know the market very well, I know prices and locations, I know about things to do, where to dance, what to visit, where to eat and where to buy and where not to settle.

It is me:  full time, realtor, working with a great attitude, and happiness in my heart.
