The prices of homes in Charleston have people thinking outside the box in order to afford a home of their own.  If you haven't heard, the new trend is Tiny Houses.  

Yes, a brand new build, anywhere from 100 to 500 square feet.  Some may say, 'I have closets larger than that'!  But to people who want to be in a certain location, location, location, the Tiny House
could be the answer!  

There is still plenty of vacant land for sale around Charleston.  The homes may be small but they have everything needed such as a kitchen, living area, bathroom, sleeping space and outdoor living space.  It's possible to buy the land, the Tiny House and still be under $50,000!  You'll have plenty of money left over to dine out and travel.  You'll have the time relax or do more because you'll be spending much less time cleaning and maintaining.
