Tiny Vacation Spot

I don't know about you but I'm intrigued by tiny houses. I wrote a blog post a few years ago and I still get emails with questions about tiny homes and land to put them on. Some people can consider living in a tiny house full time but I think there may be more of an interest in 'tiny vacation spots'. 

During the current COVID 19 epidemic people have reduced their travel plans. Many are not opting to fly or stay in large hotels. It's understandable. However, imagine a countrywide tiny home vacation network! I think people would be interested in staying in tiny houses near cities that are great tourist destinations yet, they can retreat at the end of the day to a tiny house. 

Think about it, they're easier to clean and disinfect because of the sheer size or lack thereof. People can come and go about their day and not have to mingle in hotel lobbies, hotel restaurants, etc. 

If you're thinking about purchasing land in order to put a tiny house on it as a rental investment, give me a call! Being a realtor I know the land in the cities will be too costly so it would have to be in a more rural area where the cost of the land isn't outrageous and the zoning isn't as stringent.
