The first cafe opened in 1997 in Tallahassee, FL, and has expanded to a multitude of places. A couple of years after opening, they added a variety of wholesome food options to their menu. Customers can come in and sit down and enjoy their smoothies and food. They have a simple belief, "When you eat better, you feel better!"
