My tip is before you buy and before you fall in love with a home and you really want a fence, consult with your REALTOR to make sure there are no restrictions on fences. There are several neighborhoods in the Charleston area, just to name i.e. RAVENS RUN, which does not allow fences. Check out all the Ravens Run homes for sale.
