About: Kathy Love was a realtor in southern Illinois for 6 years and moved to Charleston a little over two years ago. After a short break, she’s excited to be returning to real estate with a passion to serve and help with your home buying and selling needs. She’s proud to be a new member of The Agent Owned Realty Company. Kathy has values of hard work, integrity and client service in everything she does. 


When Kathy isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her son, daughter in law and two granddaughters. She also enjoys spending time playing pickleball, volleyball and volunteering throughout the community with her church family. 


Prior to being a realtor, Kathy was a Director of Marketing for Ralcorp Holdings Inc. in St. Louis MO and has a BSA in Accounting from Maryville University and a MBA from Southern Illinois University.
