About: Margaret Burns grew up spending her summers at her family’s beach house on Sullivan’s Island. This year it was sold which inspired her to pursue a Real Estate career, as her hands were tied as she adjusted to her new reality without her beachfront property. Margaret Burns moved to the Low country after receiving her B.A. degree at Columbia College of South Carolina. She decided that the Coastal air and water would allow her to streamline her aspirations into the reporting and publishing industries. She collaborated her knowledge and skills learned in college and at The Buckley School of Public Speaking. From there, she worked in law firms in the Paralegal field. She decided working with the general public and advocating for their needs became her strong suit. This eventually led Margaret working for many publishers and businesses in sales and marketing. She worked with Mount Pleasant Magazine for over five years and Women In Real Estate publishing.

Margaret worked in Real Estate in 2006 and left when 2008 brought many hardships to the Nation. She switched her focus to self-publishing and launched three photography Coffee Table books with text. She enjoys the outdoors, nature and gardening and creating ideas for decorating and design. She has an 11 year old daughter.

Margaret is passionate in helping others achieve their goals.

Interesting Fact: She was queen of the Ringling Brothers Circus 1982 Columbia, SC. and rode an elephant.
